Layan Construction Maintenance Ltd. was founded to solve a problem every project owner in Saudi Arabia knows well: coordinating too many separate trades, suppliers and labor providers to get a single building finished. We brought those capabilities together into one disciplined contracting company based in Jeddah, Bawadi.
Today we serve developers, industrial facilities, and commercial and residential clients across the Kingdom. Our scope spans the structural backbone of a project — steel, concrete and block works — through to the finishing trades of plastering, tiling, gypsum, painting, electrical and plumbing, and the cleaning that makes a site ready for handover.
Beyond construction, we support clients with industrial labor and equipment rental, scrap handling, logistics and sales. That breadth means we can mobilise the right people and machinery quickly, keep projects moving, and remain a single point of accountability from the first day to the last.
