Structural Steel
Steel Structures
Engineered fabrication and erection of structural steel for industrial and commercial projects.
Overview
Steel Structures by Layan Construction
Structural steel is the backbone of modern industrial and commercial construction, and it is one of Layan Construction’s core strengths. We fabricate and erect steel frames for warehouses, factories, mezzanines, canopies, staircases and equipment platforms — structures that have to carry real loads, year after year, in Saudi Arabia’s demanding climate.
Our process begins with the drawings. We work from approved structural designs, prepare cutting and welding plans, and fabricate members to precise tolerances so that erection on site is fast and accurate. Every connection, base plate and bracing detail is treated as load-critical, because it is.
On site, our erection crews work to a clear method statement: safe lifting, accurate alignment, proper bolting and welding, and protective coatings to resist corrosion. We coordinate closely with concrete and block-work teams so that anchor bolts, embeds and openings line up the first time — avoiding the costly rework that plagues poorly sequenced projects.
Because Layan also provides the equipment, labor and logistics around the steel package, we can mobilise cranes, welders and material deliveries without waiting on third parties. That single-source control is how we keep steel programmes on schedule.
Whether you need a single canopy or a full industrial frame, we deliver steelwork that is straight, sound and built to specification.
