A paint finish is only as good as the preparation beneath it. Layan Construction approaches painting as a finishing craft: we prepare surfaces properly, apply the right systems, and deliver results that look sharp and stay that way.

Our painters fill, sand and prime so that the final coats sit on a sound, even surface. We choose products suited to the location — washable interior finishes, weather-resistant exterior coatings, and primers and sealers matched to the substrate — so the work resists the heat, humidity and dust of the Saudi environment.

We protect floors, fixtures and adjacent finishes before we start, work to clean cut lines, and keep the site tidy throughout. Whether it is a single villa, an office fit-out or a large facility, we maintain consistent coverage and colour across the whole project.

Coordination matters here too: we schedule painting to follow plaster, gypsum and carpentry at the right moment, so finished surfaces are protected and the programme flows.

The result is a finish that lifts the entire space and holds up under daily use.
