Plastering sets the canvas for every finished wall. Layan Construction delivers smooth, true and crack-resistant plaster and render that gives painters and tilers a quality surface to work on — and gives the building a solid, well-finished feel.

We prepare backgrounds correctly, apply bonding where needed, and work the plaster in proper coats to the right thickness. Careful mixing, consistent application and correct curing are what prevent the cracks, hollows and uneven surfaces that cheap plastering leaves behind.

For external render, we use systems built to handle sun, temperature swings and moisture, protecting the structure while improving its appearance. For internal plaster, we achieve flat, smooth surfaces ready for decoration.

Our teams keep lines straight at corners, openings and junctions, and coordinate with block-work and electrical first-fix so that conduits and boxes are neatly buried. The finish is clean, level and built to last.
