Block Works by Layan Construction
Blockwork shapes the spaces inside and around a building. Layan Construction’s masons build partitions, infill walls, boundary walls and load-bearing masonry that is plumb, level and properly bonded — the foundation of a sound, well-finished structure.
We set out walls accurately, lay blocks to consistent courses, and use the correct mortar mix and joint finish for strength and appearance. Openings for doors and windows are formed with proper lintels and support, and movement and control joints are placed where they belong.
Quality blockwork pays off down the line: straight, true walls make plastering, tiling and finishing faster and cleaner, while poorly built walls create problems for every trade that follows.
Our crews coordinate with concrete, steel and services teams so that walls tie in correctly with structure and leave clean routes for electrical and plumbing first-fix. We keep the site organised and the work to line.
