Tiling is where precision becomes visible. A well-tiled floor or wall reads as level, aligned and seamless — and Layan Construction’s tilers deliver exactly that across residential, commercial and industrial spaces.

We start with the substrate: surfaces are checked, levelled and prepared so tiles bond properly and lie flat. We set out carefully to balance cuts, align joints and keep patterns consistent, then fix with the correct adhesives and spacers for a true, even surface.

Grouting and sealing are finished cleanly, with attention to edges, corners, thresholds and wet-area detailing so the result is both attractive and water-tight. From large-format porcelain to mosaic detail, we match the method to the material.

We coordinate with plumbing, screeding and waterproofing trades so that falls, drains and levels are right before we tile — preventing the pooling and lippage that ruin a finish.

The outcome is tiling that looks crisp on day one and stays sound for years of daily use.
